I resent having to pay £212 per year to use software that hasn't received an update in a year. This means I'm paying for the same product twice, and probably more in the future. Elekon will probably reply with 'Well it goes towards improving the call library", but customers shouldn't be paying for something that may never materialise. Instead Elekon should be claiming research costs against their tax and then charging customers for an improved service when it is actually ready and available. Subscription licences do not provide value for money to the customer. If I could get a fixed library for one price with another company I'd happily abandon Elekon. Oh, and you charge too much for your detectors compared to Wildlife Acoustics.
